Character homes and countryside estates are where his work comes into its own. Places with history, texture and a story worth telling.
As Creative Lead at Douglas Joshua, Jesse brings ten years of real estate photography and videography to every property he shoots. A graduate of Ravensbourne University London’s digital film production programme, he has spent his career developing an eye for what makes a home worth remembering.

It’s a mindset that has shaped Doug’s approach to property from the very beginning.
Known for taking the time to listen first, to understand the home, the history behind it, and the person standing in front of him, before ever talking about price or process, Doug’s approach puts the people behind the property into focus.
Beginning his career in Saffron Walden, his sharp thinking and natural competitiveness quickly set him apart, but it was returning to the cobbled streets of Bishop’s Stortford where he grew up that truly shaped how he works.
There, he helped build a close-knit, high-performing team and moved into an associate director role, earning trust through straight talk, steady leadership, and results that spoke for themselves.
Highly competitive by nature, Doug brings focus and momentum to every instruction, but never at the expense of care. Proudly local and deeply invested in the community, he treats every home as if it carries his name on the door, because, in many ways, it does.

It’s a simple philosophy that set the standard for Joshua — or Josh as he prefers to be called.
Born and raised in Bishop’s Stortford, Josh is known for seeing both the detail and the bigger picture, understanding not just where a home sits, but how it lives, how it’s perceived, and how it should be positioned.
Entering the industry straight out of school, Josh quickly grew through hands-on experience and an instinctive understanding of people and place. By his mid-twenties, he was running flagship offices, delivering record turnover and profit, and at just 25 became an equity partner. Over the following decade, Josh helped build the leading sales force in Bishop’s Stortford, handling some of the town’s most desirable homes, including its highest-value sale to date.
Equally invested in the community he works within, Josh treats every instruction as personal, because for him, reputation isn’t something you market.
It’s something you earn.
